Bob
Baker - Contracts Manager
Responsibility:
Bob is a Board member of CCAR, TREC, GRI and Women’s Council of
Realtors and Instructor at Leonard-Hawes Real Estate School.
He reviews the legal aspects and terms of all contracts to ensure
a smooth transaction and provides guidance through the negotiation
process and closing process. In addition, he communicates
regulations that the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) requires
for all agent-client fiduciary relationships. |

Brooke
Herrin, Director of Career Development
Responsibility:
In 2001, Brooke joined the Plano Market Center as their Transition
Manager. She then moved into the role of Director of Agent Services
and finally in September, 2004 became the Director of Career Development
& Agent Services.
Brooke now is
able to use her 9 years of experience to assist Georgia Alpizar,
the Team Leader, by overseeing the daily operations of the Market
Center. She also leads the monthly Career Development Meetings and
develops the monthly training calendar. She provides the Associates
with individual & group coaching in order to increase their
personal growth & productivity. She feels blessed to be in this
role as her passion is helping others grow – both personally and
professionally. |

Holly
McKee, Transaction Coordinator
Responsibility:
Assists our clients through the “contract to closing” process.
This includes interacting with all those involved in the transaction.
This includes lenders, title companies, inspectors, appraisers,
etc. Her objective is to handle any problems that can arise
between the date the contract is signed and the day the client moves
into or out of their home. Holly is a licensed Realtor and
puts the “pro” in “process!” |

Michael
Tritthart, Director of Technology
Responsibility:
Michael Tritthart is the Director of Technology Services at the
Keller Williams Plano market center. With more than a decade
of experience in educational technology training, Michael
offers training and technology support to the Plano market center
agents and staff, thus providing a valuable service that is passed
on to their clients.
Michael comes
from a successful real estate family and has trained thousands of
Realtors® the past four years. He earned his BA in Education
at the University of Central Oklahoma and completed studies for
a Masters of Education degree from the University of North Texas
in 2000. In addition, he is a Texas Real Estate Commission
approved trainer with certification in numerous Mandatory Continuing
Education courses. All of these courses, and others, are offered
at the Plano market center and are open to everyone. |
